F. Lee Howell
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining The Behavioral Assessment Resource Group, LLC, Mr. F. Lee Howell was a Senior Behavioral Intelligence Expert with an advisory group providing training in the art of Detection of Deception, Interviewing and Elicitation of Information to thousands of financial services industry professionals throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. In 2002, Mr. Howell retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation with over 26 years of distinguished service. While assigned to FBI headquarters he served as a Supervisory Special Agent in the psychological services unit, administering psychometric tests to and counseling all active undercover agents.

As a Supervisory Special Agent, Mr. Howell consulted with the London Metropolitan Police, Australian National Police, National Security Agency, and Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms in the creation of similar psychological services units designed for the care and welfare of undercover operatives.

In conjunction with the Undercover and Sensitive Operations Unit he screened, selected, trained and certified candidates for undercover assignments. He developed course curriculum for undercover training, instructed new agents, and taught advanced investigative techniques at the FBI Academy. As a Special Agent with the FBI, Mr. Howell specialized in covert operations, excelling in the creation of covert investigative platforms, including false and alias identities and state-of-the-art corporate legends. He was the primary undercover agent in multi-agency deep cover operations, murder for hire, sexual exploitation of children, organized crime, stolen art, narcotics, fraud against the government, and public corruption investigations.  Mr. Howell is currently a faculty member at Georgetown University, Center for Continuing and Professional Studies. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
